     William Penn was quoted as saying, "Time is what we want most, but what we use worst." Wise words from the home state's namesake, although it is our fervent belief that any amount of time spent on the course is indeed time well spent. Perhaps it is a bit presumptuous, but we'd like to think Bill would agree.
